eSIM Installation Guide
Welcome to ConnectGo eSIM service. Follow the steps below to complete installation and start using mobile data right away.
Step 1: Check device compatibility. Ensure your phone supports eSIM and is updated to the latest OS version. Supported devices include iPhone XS and newer, and most Android flagships released after 2019.
Step 2: Install the eSIM. Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Network) > Add eSIM. Scan the QR code included in your purchase confirmation, or choose manual entry to input the activation code.
Step 3: Activate the line. Once installed, enable the newly added eSIM line in your cellular settings and switch cellular data to that line.
Step 4: Start using. Upon arrival at your destination, turn on data roaming to automatically connect to the local network and enjoy high-speed data. Contact support if you need assistance.
